Heraldry Skill: Knowledge of not just symbols, but knowledge of the nobles, their families, alliances, and politics.

Magecraft Skill: Magecraft will be used to determine whether a mage can create a particular magic item. The more ranks in the skill the better chances to create a magic items, and the more powerful a magic item that can be created. There still will be a skill point cost, and monetary cost involved in creating a magic item
