ENTS, Measured two Live Oaks in Ocean Springs, Ms., Saturday, Feb 9.
One was CBH-23', Height-48' and Spread-108'. The other was CBH-21',
Height-43.5' and Spread-105'. Both trees are growing at 1001 Point Aux
Chenes on property bordering the Gulf of Mexico. They grow within 200
yards of the Gulf, so both had about 8-10' of saltwater during
Hurricane Katrina. With no effect!

James, They are big. I've never seen that size of species your were
reporting on. There are thousands of Live Oaks in the 16-19' range, I
just report on the 20'+ trees.
