I got tired of my rangefinder and clinometer swinging and clunking each
other on their lanyards, so I attached/combined them using adhesive backed
Velcro. I seems quite convenient, and makes it easier to spot specific areas
of trees since both are already in the same plane. I'm sure others have
thought of this same system, but I don't recall seeing any posts about it.
